This project was made possible by clients who were not afraid to step outside of conventional design and in turn, received remarkable workmanship. As an accent to the rectilinear architecture of the house, I implemented the curvilinear hardscape elements you see before you. The clients’ vision was to create an entertaining area for their large family that organically transitioned to their lawn space. Another aspect to this project was the reuse of many materials such as the light fixtures and the repurposing of the old paver patio into the stunning red paver accents. Utilizing the most organic of shapes, the circle, I was able to build layers and define areas to create the signature curvilinear design of this project.
